Get Up And Go Smoothie

Are you always busy and have no time to cook? Are you looking for a quick way to lose the extra weight? I’ve got something to save your life!

Okay wait, that sounded like a serious TV commercial, guys hahaha. Real talk though, I have been on a mission to eat right and to get my body in shape with regular gym session’s and a massive cut down on most of the foods and drinks that i love. Lately, I have been big into healthy fruit smoothies and liquid meals and I found something that will change your life, the same way it changed mine. The NutriBullet is as they say, unlike any other juicers or blenders and man they are absolutely right.

Check out my quick morning breakfast substitute and occasionally my midday snack. It will take you less than five minutes to make.

NutriBullet smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
2 banana’s
2 table spoons of peanut butter
1 cup of whey protein
1 cup of milk
1 yoghurt
Some Kale

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into the blender. Blend for 1-2 minute depending on your blender [my blender of choice is a NutriBullet – works great and is perfect for smoothies]. Enjoy!
